  • You acknowledge that you do not own the underlying technology or intellectual property that makes up the Grok AI Video service, and you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of Grok AI Video and any third parties.
  • While you retain ownership of your generated assets, the core Grok AI Video platform and AI generation technology remain the property of Grok AI Video.

Asset Storage and Retention

  1. Storage Policy: Assets generated through Grok AI Video (including images and videos) are retained on our platform for your convenience, subject to the limits and deletion rules below and in our Privacy Policy.

  2. No Guarantee of Permanent Availability: While we strive to maintain your assets, Grok AI Video does not guarantee indefinite storage. We strongly recommend downloading important assets to your local device.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using Grok AI Video:

  • Unauthorized access to or distribution of our proprietary code and AI creative technology
  • Reselling or redistributing Grok AI Video-generated assets without authorization
  • Interfering with or disrupting the security or performance of the service
  • Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempting to bypass any security features of the service

AIGC Content Use Policy

This policy applies to prompts, instructions, reference images, generated images and videos, and any content shared or distributed through or using Grok AI Video. You must not use Grok AI Video to generate, upload, share, or distribute any of the following:

  1. Pornographic, Sexually Explicit, or NSFW Content

    Content depicting or requesting nudity, sexual acts, pornography, sexual exploitation, or other adult or sexually explicit material.

  2. Violent or Graphic Content

    Content depicting, glorifying, encouraging, or providing instructions for graphic violence, gore, torture, severe physical injury, or other extreme violent acts.

  3. Hate Speech

    Content that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens, or promotes hatred or discrimination against a person or group based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, or gender identity.

  4. Child Sexual Abuse Material and Other Child-Unsafe Content

    Any content that sexually exploits, sexualizes, endangers, or depicts the abuse of a minor, including child sexual abuse material ("CSAM"), whether real, generated, edited, or simulated. Grok AI Video applies a zero-tolerance policy to this category.

  5. Unauthorized Deepfakes or Impersonation

    Content that uses a real person's identity, face, voice, likeness, or other identifying characteristics without authorization to create a deceptive deepfake, impersonate that person, mislead others about their actions or statements, or facilitate fraud or harassment.

  6. Copyright or Trademark Infringement

    Content that copies, misuses, or infringes another party's copyrighted work, trademark, logo, brand identity, or other intellectual property without authorization or another valid legal basis.

Face swaps, deepfakes, shocking content, and content promoting self-harm, suicide or animal abuse are prohibited. AI-generated or edited media depicting realistic scenes or people must be labeled as such.

Content Moderation

Selected AI model providers may also apply their own safety checks while processing a request. Requests identified as violating applicable safety rules may be blocked. Content reported by users or flagged by safety systems may be reviewed manually to determine whether it violates these Terms.

Reporting Prohibited Content

To report content or activity that may violate this policy, email support@grokaivideo.com. Please include, when available:

  • The content URL or task identifier
  • The type of suspected violation
  • A description of the issue and any relevant supporting evidence

Enforcement

Depending on the nature, severity, and frequency of a violation, Grok AI Video may reject a generation request, delete or disable access to content, restrict product features, temporarily suspend an account, permanently terminate an account, or cancel or revoke remaining unused credits where permitted by law. We may preserve relevant records and report suspected illegal activity, including CSAM, to appropriate authorities as required or permitted by law.

Privacy and Data Collection

Grok AI Video collects the following types of data:

  • Account Information: Information you provide when creating an account
  • Usage Details: Data related to your activity on our service
  • Device Information: Information about the device you use to access our service
  • Cookies: Data that helps us enhance your experience with our service

Payment and Subscription

Subscription

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree that your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan). The applicable subscription fee will be automatically charged to your payment method on file at the beginning of each new billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

Refunds

All fees paid for the Service are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Grok AI Video may, at its sole discretion, provide refunds or credits in specific circumstances. For detailed refund eligibility and process, please refer to our Refund Policy.

If applicable law or the order seller’s buyer terms provide different refund or cancellation conditions, those provisions apply.

Cancel Subscription

  • You can cancel your subscription via the available billing-management option in your account settings or by following the cancellation instructions provided by the order seller.
  • After cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing date. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the next billing period, and this charge is non-refundable.
  • No partial refunds or prorated credits will be issued for unused time, mid-cycle cancellations, or subscription downgrades under any circumstances.

Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions provided on the Site. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease.

Termination by Grok AI Video

Grok AI Video may terminate or suspend your account or access to the Service, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately terminate, and you must cease all use of the Service. Any accrued rights or obligations will survive termination, including those related to payment and intellectual property.

Third-Party AI Models Disclaimer

Grok AI Video is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any AI model provider whose technology may power this service. All product names, trademarks, and brands of third-party AI model providers referenced or used are the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grok AI Video shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grok AI Video, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Grok AI Video operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
